Atlas Precision has built its reputation providing on time, defect free components from the most difficult to machine materials demanding exact specifications. If it fits on our machines, we can make it, no job is too difficult.

APM’s CNC turning department can handle parts from three to forty five inches, specializing in turning thin walled tight tolerance parts made from exotic alloy Forgings, Castings and Bar Stock. Our Turning Centers can achieve tolerances within .00025 of an inch.

APM’s CNC milling department utilizes three, four and five axis machining centers to produce components requiring simple Three Axis to complex 3D Five Axis features. Our Laser Calibrated Machining Centers can achieve hole size tolerances within .0002 and True Position tolerances within .001.

APM’s Engineering department develops both programs and work instructions from drawings and CAD based models.

Jobs are entered into and tracked using an ERP system giving APM real time data on all orders.
